HOW MUCH WILL A MOVE COST?
The total cost is dependent on size of inventory, collection & delivery address, and amount of staff needed to assist in your move. We start with a basic service call fee that includes a single load and 2 staff members.
WHICH AREAS DO YOU SERVE?
Currently we serve Gauteng and close destinations in other provinces.
WHAT IS A SINGLE LOAD?
Items that will fit into a long wheel base bakkie bin, or our 2 meter trailer.
WHAT IF I NEED MORE THAN ONE LOAD?
We are able to calculate loads needed based on your inventory. If more than a single load is required we are able to make multiple trips. Download the inventory form here
HOW MANY STAFF MEMBERS WILL I NEED?
Based on your inventory we are able to recommend the amount of staff members required.
WHAT ARE YOUR OPERATING HOURS?
8am - 5pm Monday to Saturday. Sundays & public holidays must be arranged prior & may incur extra cost. We are closed on 25, 26 December and 1 January.
DO YOU HAVE INSURANCE?
Yes, we have 'Goods in Transit' insurance.
DO YOU WRAP ITEMS?
No, we do not provide a wrapping service.
DO YOU DIS/ASSEMBLE ITEMS?
Unless specifically arranged we do not dis/assemble items. If an item is too large to fit through a doorway please let us know, so that we can add it to your quotation. Failure to inform us on large items that need disassembly will result in delays, and extra charges.
DO YOU MOVE EVERYTHING?
No, we are not permitted to move livestock, perishable food & drink, hazardous and dangerous materials, firearms & ammunition. We do not move garbage, throw away items, or furniture wrapping.
HOW DO I MEASURE MY FURNITURE?
Dimensions must be provided in centimetre Length, Width (depth), Height order. See our 'Moving Tips' page for measuring advice.
WHAT ABOUT MULTIPLE FLOORS?
Moving items above ground floor will be charged per floor.
HOW SOON CAN I MOVE?
We require at least 24hrs from confirmation booking. A 50% deposit of quotation secures the booking.
